Who We Are
N&N Real Estate Ventures LLC is a limited liability company operating a residential rental property business in Santa Clarita, California. We own and manage single-family rental homes and work directly with prospective and current tenants.
This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to nandnrealestateventures.com and to the phone calls, text messages, and emails we exchange with you.
Information We Collect
We only collect information that you voluntarily provide when you reach out to us about a rental property. That typically includes:
- Your name
- Your phone number — including the number of anyone who calls or sends us a text message
- Your email address
- The details of your inquiry, such as which property you are interested in, your preferred move-in timing, household size, or questions about a listing
We do not buy, rent, or upload lists of contact information, and we do not collect information about you from data brokers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us to do the things you contacted us for:
- Respond to your rental inquiry and answer questions about a property
- Schedule and confirm showings
- Communicate with you about a rental application, including screening criteria and status
- Communicate with you during your tenancy about maintenance, payments, and other ordinary landlord–tenant matters
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not send promotional or advertising text messages.
SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our text messaging is conversational and consumer-initiated: you text us first, using the number shown on a yard sign at one of our properties or on a listing, and we reply. We never message anyone who has not messaged us first.
Your mobile number and the contents of your messages with us are used solely to respond to you about our rental properties. We use a licensed messaging service provider to deliver and receive these messages on our behalf; that provider processes the messages strictly to provide the service to us and is not permitted to use your information for its own marketing.
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or call us at (661) 420-3666. Full messaging terms are described in our Terms of Service.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We have never done so, and we do not accept payment or other value in exchange for sharing information about the people who contact us.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- With service providers who help us operate — for example, our messaging provider, email provider, or a tenant screening company you have authorized as part of an application. They may use your information only to perform that service for us.
- When required by law, such as a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation.
How Long We Keep Information & How to Request Deletion
We keep inquiry information (name, phone number, email, and message history) only as long as we have a reason to — generally up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we can follow up if a suitable property becomes available. Records connected to a completed application or an actual tenancy are kept longer where California law requires it.
You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. There is no charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
We are a small business and we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small. Information is stored on access-controlled systems, and we limit access to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
